Josh Davis
Pastor Josh Davis serves as the pastor of CrossRoads Cowboy Church in Natural Dam, Arkansas. His hear is to preach the word of God with clarify and boldness while creating a welcoming environment for people form every walk of life. He is passionate about reaching people of the Western Heritage Culture to help them grow in their faith while leading the church with vision, interiority and compassion.
Youth Ministry
Misty Davis
Misty is Pastor Josh’s wife. She faithfully serves alongside Pastor Josh supporting the ministry of the church & pouring out to the women & families of CrossRoads Cowboy Church. She has a heart for encouragement, hospitality & helping people feel loved and connected. She plays an active role in events, discipleship and making CRCC a place where everyone feels at home.

Sarah Thompson fulfills the vital role of Administrative Coordinator, ensuring the smooth operation of our church office and supporting the needs of our church community. Her dedication and organizational skills are invaluable.
Adult Bible Study

Michael Roberts leads our youth ministry, guiding and mentoring the young members of our congregation as they navigate their faith journeys. His energy and passion for youth outreach are truly remarkable.

CCRC Outdoor Ministry
Jon Dunn
CRCC is a fellowship based ministry built around outdoor activities for individuals and families. One of the key areas is 4:19 Fishing (Fishers of Men) which is a community fishing locker that provides poles, tackle & access to a great fishing location near the church. This gives families who may not know where to go or may not have the equipment a chance to enjoy the outdoors together. in addition to fishing, CRCC Outdoors offers opportunities for hiking, kayaking, bonfires, campouts & shooting sports that include clay busting and precision shooting.
Women's Group Ministry
Robin Custer
The Women’s Ministry at CrossRoads Cowboy Church is a place where women 18+ can grow in their faith, build meaningful relationships, and find encouragement for everyday life. Led by Robin Custer, this ministry creates a warm and welcoming environment where women can study God’s Word, pray together, support one another, and walk out their faith with confidence.

Our sound booth crew manages all audio and media needs for our worship services. Ensure worship music, mics, livestream and videos run smoothly so that everyone can focus on worship and Word. This team works behind the scene to create a distraction free worship experience.
Rafter J Hero's Arena Ministry
Josh & Misty Davis
Led by Pastor Josh Davis, the arena ministry provides a safe, welcoming environment for riders, ropers, competitors, and spectators to build friendships, grow in skill, and encounter Christ. Every event—whether competitive or casual—creates a natural bridge to introduce people to our church ministry, invite them into fellowship and share the hope of Jesus.
The Rafter J Hero’s Arena stands as a place of fellowship, discipleship, outreach and life change for people of all ages and abilities.
